I'm a student at college, my name is R[censored]n and I live in the Netherlands. I see Rage the Dragoon nearly daily, and he was the guy that eventually got me here. I'm absolutely not an artist, I have no talent or whatsoever, however, I occasionally make 3D scenery or short clips.
I make all my 'work' in C4D (MAXON Cinema 4D), I use textures I find online (I sometimes make them myself in GIMP if there's a lack of textures), and I use C4D for creating materials as well.

Usually I would not ask something like this, however, the novel I'm about to write (or not) will take me lots of time and I'd like to know if that time would be well spent.
But before voting, it's essential to know what the story will be about of course, so let me take the opportunity to elaborate it. The story takes place in 2090, and so far, nothing significant has happened. The world is becoming overpopulated and thus the search for a new planet inhabitable is started. During the search, it is discovered that space as we currently know is a large cloud of gas that has a zero gravity effect on everything contained within the fumes. The cloud itself is surrounded by rocky plains that is believed to be the limit (or 'end', if you will) of the universe. How us earthlings inhabit these plains of emptiness(?) and survive the tough conditions, will be known once I've started writing.
Interested or not? Let me know, based on the popularity of the idea, I'll start writing, or not! All depends on what everyone thinks.
